Didn't have everything I needed. But the staff was helpful and courteous

Been going here for years. Always loved their home decor especially when it's on sale. Michael's also has frequent coupons. Store is always clean and organized. People are always helpful and friendly. My only wish is that they had a bigger variety of things but otherwise a good store.

I had a great time shopping at Michael's yesterday. The staff was extremely helpful and so very welcoming! I spent more than I expected but that was fine! I found all but one item I wanted but I haven't found that item in any local stores from Morgantown to Clarksburg. Maybe no one here carries them. To all the wonderful people at Michael's, thanks for such a great experience!!

Visited this location recently to grab some supplies for a new hobby. However, this location was completely out of over half the things I needed. I figured Michael’s would be a great start since it is a crafting store, but I guess not. I ended up going to Hobby lobby where they had more than what I needed, and the prices were so much cheaper. Now I’ve learned, Hobby lobby is the place to go for crafting.

Service was underwhelming but I only experienced this with one person who might not work in the dept I was questioning so I wasn't upset. This place stays stocked and they have props for days but the corporation should really take it back to the old days where you could make an actual career out of working for Michaels. Remember when every station had its own specifically trained employee? Glory days. Makes me miss when the store needed a credit card imprint with the big sliders.
